Any word on how the driver of the bad ass green CJ7 is doing?
This is the one that I believe had the throttle stick at the top of the hill and crashed into a snow maker. Was told the Jeep was in a few pieces also.
The driver is good just sore and bruised up. We already started taking it apart Monday night. We cannot figure out how throttle stuck on it. It's a push/pull design with a loop to pull it back. It still works perfectly.
He got the motor shut down, we believe before he hit the snow maker tower and snowmobile and rolled. So first thing will be to get the motor to the builder and have it checked over.
We have been discussing building a new chassis since last year to get it lower and a wider stance. We did a lot of changes to it over the winter. And were hoping to build new one over next year while running a few races with this one. Right now we will strip it down and decide this chassis fate.
What he hit..
