Yes, sort of...any good suppressor will come apart, in fact I'm in the process of this right now...I purchase two suppressors and I've been waiting about a 8 months now and still don't have my tax stamp...should have 4 more months to go
But for it to add to the barrel length it has to be considered permanently attached, so pinned/soldered/welded in place after being threaded on.
After looking at some random suppressors online, its looks like some of the rimfire ones do come apart but most of the larger rifle caliber ones are fully welded, and to clean it you just submerge and let it soak. So I guess you could permanently attach it and stick the thing barrel down in a bucket to clean it out.
