What type of vehicle? Most rear mains nowadays are one piece, so your gonna have to pull the trans back or out, I would Deff try the pro seal... If its not pissing right out its not worth replacing, also from what I've noticed synthetic oils tend to leak more compared to conventional oil, rotella would Deff help also
