Default Does liquid rear main sealer actually work?

While attempting to find out why my 4x4 doesn't work; I noticed that there was oil leaking from the bottom of my bell housing; which really could only be a rear main to me. I don't have a place that I could work on it; unless attempting to replace a rear main seal in the parking lot of a snow covered apartment catches my fancy lol

So, is there any of the rear main sealer in a bottle that actually works? I don't expect it to turn my bad seal into a brand new one; I just need something to last a couple weeks until I go home and have a dry place to work
