My sister-in-law is a "facilitator" of obumercare and used to work for a small health insurance provider. She said many small companies (under 100 employees) were able to secure last-years plan for 2014 from their insurance provider (ie, no change in coverage or costs), with the understanding that for fall enrollment 2014 they will completely loose coverage forcing employees to enroll in obumercare or get their own personal coverage.
