Im going in for surgery the 6th of Dec and will be out for 3 months.(depending on therapy and me having to be able to lift up to 50lbs/job spec's).....and the right shoulder needs replacement too/sooner but might have to be later. My employers hand book(what ever you want to call it), states that if I cant/or don't return to work after 60 days, im terminated. Then ill end up paying cobra insurance, which....to me, (sarcastically) Big F**king deal. A 2% increase of what im going to pay now.
