I haven't either, but being a private business shouldn't they be able to structure things how they please. I'm not even sure, can insurance plans that don't meet Obamacare criteria still exist? Or what kind of issues do they face if they do?
It seems the current accepted demographic to penalize on insurance cost is smoking. I don't have a problems with that, and in a slippy-slope kind of way it's not much different than charging women differently if they find a drastic customer payout difference due to the capability to give birth.
