It's insane.

I have a ton of positions that I can't fill. Entry level Engineers are finding work before they enter their final semester.

Technicians are all working and not interested in a short term assignment (I don't blame them at all)

And even better, there are unemployed morons out there who won't work a 3-4 month assignment because its not long term. They'd rather just collect unemployment, but they all make sure to tell me to call them if I get something long term.....right.
