Default towing setup help

I own a 31' jayco jay flight trailer ,bunkhouse , two slides. It lists the "wet weight" 7200 pds.
Ok here is where i need advice...i need a tow vehicle. I looked around and found a beutiful 2003 ford Expedition , Eddie Bauer additio, 5.4 Triton 4x4. This is a low mile loaded vehicle for a very good price. We need the seating ,and this has the third row.
Now for the million dollar question,..will this SSAFETY haul that trailer???. From what i can find the the Expedition is rated any where from 7600-8200 pds.
I was told i could haul it with a 1/2 ton truck. My issue is i need the extra seating so i would need a crew cab or suburban. Both a lot more money and neither anywhere as nice as this eextremely nice Expedition.
So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
