Nice work!

I decided to make a change about a year and a half ago, BP was creeping up as was my weight. I cut out pop mostly, eat good 5 out of 7 days, started running/walking 2-3 nights a week. I went from 210 ish to 177 at my last doc. appt. BP has went back down as well.
