My point was that this along with other examples doesn't raise any eyebrows in the media or the left. The stuff happening with this administration are far more overreaching than anything Bush ever did and he was considered the Devil himself by the media.
Once again, he did not "waive the law". He used a provision within the law to waive a certain restriction.
