You could add a "battery lsolator" which is a big ass diode(s).

This is another way RV manufactures charge dual battery sets from vehicle and prevent them from draining each other.

I would consider 6 ga. wire and (2) 50 mini amp breakers as a min. put a breaker at each end as close to power sources as practical.


**for powering the winch 6 ga is way to small, that's just for a 50amp charge line for the 2nd battery.
