Was just at my mom's house the other day and seen the comcast bill sitting out. They added a modem rental charge of $7.00 a month when she has her own modem. I had to call, and it looks like they have been charging her for well over a year for a piece of equipment she never had. They are giving her a credit for overpayment, but I still can't stand them . Just make sure to call them every 6 months to set up a cancellation to get the best deals. Trust me they will call you several times before your scheduled disconnect to offer you the best deals
