Usually, mothers who work full time qualify for benefits for help, like foodstamps, child support, and child care support and that's not at all what we are talking about. This is for people who are unemployment and for people on welfare payments who do not work, or work very little so they can still get payment. What about all those mothers who pop out kid after kid and are on 100% state assistance? What about the guy who is able to work, but rather enjoy his unemployment benefits and is on his 4th or 5th tear and has no job prospects and is a drug user? Still cool their not doing shit? I don't think a few hours a month is that much to ask for them to do something for their community, and have clean piss so they can get a job.
