Any legal documents needs to be summerized. Do you want to read all the laws they pass every year when a summary will suffice? Maybe you want to read the entire Obamacare?
According to the cliff notes in that book, Obama should not have prohibited us from buying old military equipment, machine guns or anything that we might need when state calls us to form a militia.
