Your reward is achieving your goal and the benefits that come with it- higher self esteem, improved health, positive physical and mental changes, new clothes, etc.
If you cannot think of a reward, consider instituting a penalty for missing your goal. Make sure your goal is realistic
and set a deadline. Issue a check, in an amount significant to you, to an organization you despise. Date the check for your deadline. Goal achieved = rip up check. Goal missed = mail the check.
