Down 27 as of this morning. People are starting to notice which is giving me a lot of motivation. I want to start new weekly goals to help me stay focused. Having hard time setting a weekly "reward" if I hit my goal. Any ideas?
Hoping to be down another 50 by my 21st birthday in April, it sounds easy to me right now but I know it is going to get much harder. Is there a way to help keep the extra skin off? Don't really want to have to get surgery like these guys are talking about at 21 for something like that as my goal is to be down to 180ish (total of 120lbs) by the end of next summer.
