Anything over 100, especially if you start losing it quickly which most guys do will have loose/baggy skin. Hitting the weights will help in other areas, but when it comes to the stomach area you're pretty much fucked.
I started watching a video of the surgery online. Your comment about a utility knife paired with watching the video makes me a bit nauseous.
Yeah, i've been hitting the weights and doing Planks and pushups, but still have a bunch in the lower stomach
I'm not even going to think about such a procedure for at least 6 more months though. Try to get as much away naturally as I can.
