At home I was biking 10-20 miles a day 4-6 days a week. Now work is ramping up again so living in hotels and having to use the stationary bikes and ellipticals. But days I don't exercise any I feel the drain mid day, getting that blood flowing is a huge help.
Pants I bought a little more than a month ago and were just barely comfortable/ fitting are now almost to a loose point of needing a belt
Keep it up all. If my fatass that believed I could NEVER lose half the weight I have, anyone can.
