Default Help diagnose my "wobble"

Just recently bought an XJ for $500, which I couldn't pass the deal up.

Nothing was wrong with the motor and is 99% rust free, so I decided to make a nice lifted DD.

Its a 99 with a 4.0, AW4 trans. 4" lift in the front ~4.25" in the rear.

Brand new lca's with heavy duty mounts and adjustable cam bolts. track bar, steering stabilizer, steering linkage, wheel hubs, rotors and pads. took the bumpstops out for now because the tires I have now wont hit the fenders, 235/75's and are worn evenly and rotated every 5k and were just balanced.

Everything is tight underneath and seems to have no play at all in the steering. When I get on the highway the only time it "wobbles" is around 70mph and I hit just the right bump, but it goes away when i get back down to around 60.

It seems my Jeep has stumped me. Thanks for any help!
