Default What would you guys do?

Back in May I ordered a Snap-on 1/2 impact through my rep. at my school. He took down all my info (CC, address, ext.) I got it in about a week. Today a person from Snap-on Customer Accounting called me saying that they never received payment because when the school rep. wrote down my info he either read it wrong or put it in the computer wrong.

Why would they send me the tool with out receiving any payment?
Would you still pay them because they messed up?
What's going to happen if I don't pay it?

Part of me says pay them, and part of me says not to.
So aside from surprise butt sexx what would you do?

Also the rep. isn't a normal rep. He is hired by Snap-on not franchised like the trucks. He doesn't have tools that he can sell on the spot and claims he doesn't get commission on any sales.
