Default 83 jeep j10 Parting out. please move

I have for sale a 1983 jeep j10 longbox
Odo shows 128xxx

Trans was rebuild less than 400miles ago. Tc727
All friction material was replaced, billet reverse hub, trans go 3 in 1 shift kit, new pump, and planetary gears.
Art-Carr shifter.

Motor is in unknown condition. Has edelbrock intake and carb, 14" k&n filter, possibly mild cam. Started leaking oil but not from pan or mains, looking into the problem.

Np208 transfer case. Stays in gear, chain doesn't slip.

Dana 44 front, 30 spline, open carrier, 3.73 gears.
FF Dana 60 rear, 30 spline, trac-loc, 3.73 gears.

5.5" lift. Front is 3" springs and 2.5" shackles
Rear is shackle flip and blocks done by previous owner. (It needs help)

Front driveshaft is new. Built by valley truck in traverse city.
Rear is original unit.

Tires are 35x12.5x16.5 BFG KM1 on the front, General mt on rear.

Hanson winch bumper.

Extra parts:
Solid cab
Inner fenders, core support
Booby grill w/ buckets and hood bar
All new brake hardware
New y-pipe
23, 000mile amc 360 (disassembled for new gaskets)
New springs and shackles for the rear. Shocks too. (Planned shackle flip)
Idk what else there is a shed full of crap.

Asking $2800obo for all of it
Trans alone was 1200.
