Default chattering under load

Help, I have a 2000 TJ that was making a funny noise so after some exploring I found the the front track bar was loose ( 6" long arm BDS 10 mounths old ) so I removed it to check the hole and reinstalled, then checked the fluids in the diffs topped off the rear. Then left for a ride and between 25 and 45 mph the dash, steering wheel chattered so bad. I have checked and it only does it under load because going down hill off the skinny pedal it does not do it. so any help that anyone can provide would be very helpful. It does have a 6" LA with 35" tires air lockers front and rear with 4:56 gears. If there is anything that it might have missed let me know. Thanks in advance.
