Oh Andy, you're in for a rude awakening. I wish you the best of luck.

You need to stop posting threads. You're just a glutton for punishment. You already know it's not worth pursuing legally, so just get it done. Borrow your parents' mower for the lawn, and borrow their weed whip for the smaller long section and just walk around hacking it down. Or if it's not that small, go to Peter's Hardware in Highland and rent their walk behind brush hog for a couple hours. Problem solved. Figure something out to get you by for now(it's getting late in the summer so before long it'll only need mowing every other week at most) then once your new finances are figured out(like it or not, you're in for a serious shock), get yourself a good tractor. Not an overkill $15k compact do-it-all beast, but something good, adequate, and reliable. It's your first house, you're young, and you're not gonna have the best of the best yet. Don't go overboard buying sh1t bigger than you need. You'll need to buy A LOT of that stuff, and if you follow your normal trend of going overboard on it all, you'll quickly be in the poor house.
