I doubt you would gain much with an e4od, those things are a C6 with OD, very big and heavy.
Like I said in your other thread, I would do a C4, with a good converter. with a GOOD running 302 that thing should rip.
If you have the $$$ and have to have OD....go with the 4R70W and the aftermarket controller.
