Default 4 liter fuel system help

Totalled the XJ on 131 in January. Acquired an 89 YJ with a wheezing 2.5 and decided to swap the XJ drivetrain into the YJ. Donor is 98 XJ 4 liter / Aw4. The swap is coming along and I have acquired the fuel tank from a 95 YJ for the higher pressure pump and bolt in factor. This is when I found out the early 4 liter HO systems use a 2 fuel line pressure and return system. The 98 engine uses the single line and dumps pressure in the tank. All I have found on the early system is the drawing in the factory service manual.
My options are to find a TJ tank or fuel rail from an early 4.0 HO - I think
Questions:
A] Is the early fuel system regulator a mechanical regulator ? Are there any other differences ? Will the 98 PCM work with the 95 set up ?

B] Will a TJ fuel tank bolt into a YJ ?

C] Anyone have the parts I need ?

Thanks in advance for the help.
