So you are willing to go on record that no one will be put out of work by self driving vehicles? And what about the other unintended consequences like liability issues that will make modifying most anything on a self driving vehicle illegal thereby dealing a blow to the aftermarket industry?

In order to work, self driving cars will be awesome data collection machines. How much history will the cars store? Who will “own” that data? Will the automaker be able to access that data any time they feel like it? What about the government? Will the cars be used as law enforcement tools, such as sending data and pictures to the authorities when the Kickstands of the roads bully their way through traffic using the self driving car’s accident avoidance programming to force it to yield to them?
