Default Ford E40D and 1345 t-case

I have a E40D 4x4 trans out of my 95 F350. It was working good but the front pump seal blew so I just swaped in another trans. Not sure on mileage. It's a good solid core for a rebuild. Have no use for it anymore. Cumins swap in progress. $150 obo

Next is a 1345 T-case I got with the replacement trans. It was out of a 96 F250 and has a drive shaft flange not slip yoke. Everything feels smooth and tight. $150 obo

Trades are welcome as well.
Some things I'm interested in are tires in the 36-39.5" range must be at least for a 16" wheel. If they come with wheels 8x6.5 lug pattern. AT's or MT's
92-96 Ford Diesel core support
Rust free tailgate (prefer the base model style)
Plastic Diesel fuel tanks
Open to other trades as well.
