Mine was a 7.3 needed and a windsheild seal, which fried the GEM, which killed both batteries daily, wouldn't shift out of 4 low (electric transfer case) The door lock actuators stopped working, the door sensors needed constant lubing to allow the truck to realize the doors were shut, the oil pan was rusting through, it leaked fuel, the rear diff speed sensor was replaced twice, the gas pedal went out twice ($450 each). I replaced the driver rear caliper 2 or 3 times. Figure a complete front end rebuild runs about $450 for parts but thats everything (Tire rods and ball joints).

Other than that it was a great truck.
I replaced the door lock actuators, tires, fuel drain valve, batteries and brakes all the way around...it has needed nothing else, it's been a great truck
