Front/Rear Sway Bar Disconnect Offroad? Silver Lake

2.5" RC Lift Front Quick Disconnects
Next week me and a large group of friends will be traveling to the west side of the state to stay at silver lake for almost a week. I am excited cause I will get to try out my 8 month old lift a little better on the dunes, I took it mudding once but thats it. I have read mixed reviews about disconnecting front or rear sway bar links or both, and I wanted to get some opinions.
Currently the jeep is lifted 2.5" and the wheels are spaced out about 2". I was thinking about disconnecting the front sway bar links when I am there for more articulation and possibly the rear but am unsure, what do you guys think. What are the pros and cons? Should I stick with both attached? Or Just connect one or the other?
