I have stalled out as well. My goal is less bodyfat, not less weight, it is time for me to get back to tracking calories for each and every meal of the day.
I hate how tedious it is, but it's truely the only way to figure out how to get past your plateaus.
Yep. I've allowed myself too many cheater meals this month. Had a few beers, a couple pieces of chocolate, and some other stuff. Its amazing how quickly just a little will fukc you up.
