Arrow 1979 FSJ buggy... kind of project

OK, I have my eye on another truck... wife would kill me if I bring home another so this one goes up for sale.
I got this truck as a project and have spent a ton of time and $ on it. But of course still needs some more. It runs and drives as is. Has not been in mud and is still really clean. Frame, motor, trans, tcase all workable. 360/th400/Quadratrac(with low range, good chain, and part time kit) Dana 44s front and rear. Has one wire HEI ignition, Preformer intake, Holley 750. It has 36x14.5 Fun countries on front and 36x16.5 on back. Older tires but have good tread. Also have 3rd 16.5 for spare.
This was being built to take the Family to the sand dunes with. Has large back bench seat and 2 nice buckets in the front.
Things it needs or could use...
Relocate gas tank out of harms way, I have a plastic YJ tank/skid plate to go with.
Dipstick must have broken off? Dont know, I got it this way. I've changed oil and looks fine. I know you can buy replacements.
Needs tcase shifter, or just leave it in 4 low
Needs seat belts. I have 3 for the rear but need front.
I do have a title for it and could be put it back on the street with lights etc.
Is a chance I might trade for a Ranger, BII, or some 36"-40" tires for 15"rims.
$1600 obo
