I just finished PT on mine the week before last. I tore my right cuff(and im right handed). I didnt have surgery, i jus did the PT, and its 10x better than it was. I tore it in November, sucked it up till March. Im already throwing a softball(med velocity), but there are still some motions that hurt like hell.
