Even if you do find a place that will turn them if there is enough material there, the fuckstick making $8 an hour will probably fukc them up anyways. Had this happen to me on a rotor that listed $120 at the dealership, and wasn't available at the aftermarket level yet.

Most rotors from the OEM are coated around the hub area and the vents. Most of the rotor hub rusting is a thing of the past, at least until they just get pretty damn old.
