I'm very curious if you have had your % body fat tested and how that has changed.
You don't lose 160lbs without losing body fat.
I am more tone right now than I have been since I was doing the triathlons. I did try everything before I decided to do starvation. I am not doing starvation now but still losing weight. I am however eating all organic and non gmo for at least 90% of my food. I also gave up diet soda except special occasions.
I should also add that I don't have Mike on the same calorie range as myself. He gets more but I saw a pic of him today and was amazed at how much weight he has lost.
