Brent....no jump training on that insanity stuff!! Stick with the low impact stuff until you get that down and then add the higher impact stuff in if needed. Seriously not good on the joints. My old ass skips the plyo on p90x.

Actually I second this. I started running when I first started my weight loss and I did some permanent damage to my knees by running at that weight. They don't hurt but they sound like rice crispy treats when I bend at the knee.
