I'll admit I never even thought of not stopping for oncoming processions as being disrespectful. I'm not sure I will stop just because as someone pointed out most people probably wouldn't and that causes some what of a possible un safe traffic situation. It Is but guess what I'm pretty sure the rotting pile of meat in the box in the back or the scoop of ash won't be really to concerned about a person stopping or not. I don't purposely go out of my way to disrespect anyone but I also don't take off my hat, hold it over my heart and say a prayer ever time I see a beef or meat truck pass by.
