I found out i had type II back in December, was 370#
Decided i didn't want to die, or lose a foot, So made huge changes.
This morning was at 285#
I'm eating between 1200-1600 calories a day (diet i'm following allows me 2300 currently).
Doing 30 -55 minutes on the elliptical every morning and mixing in ab strengthening and upper/lower body targeted work outs every other day.
obviously 0- very minute sugar, staying low carb, drinking tons of water has worked for me so far.
Just really added exercise into the routine starting in April, the bulk of that weight lost was all diet.
So if my fat Ass who never thought it could be under 300 already is, anyone can.
Current Goal is 240#, I'll see if i still feel all fatassey at that weight and keep going for more.
Ok, off to go for a bike ride
