35 Minutes on the Elliptical

and then odd days Ab and leg targeted Yoga
Even days weight machine for upper and lower body

on the weight machine i typically do 6 sets of 20 reps for each of a moderate weight
as i'm going for tone not bulk. I do 2 sets of each in a circuit and repeat 3 times.
