Does anyone else workout at home? What routines do you use? I made the resolution for my b-day last week that i would start working out at home. So i came up with my own routine. I called it the 4/10/4. 4 exercises 10 reps 4 cycles. I start with 10 pushups, 10 crunches, 10 pull up's and 10 leg exercises. rest for 5 mins then repeat. So far i've lost 5 lbs without changing my diet. What routines do you use and how well do they work?
