I disagree. It can happen for a lot of reasons. My one and only AD was when I was about 16. At that time I was shooting about 500 a week for practice and competitions every Saturday and most Sundays. I was putting the hammer down on my Henry Golden Boy after not getting the shot I wanted at a wood chuck. Needless to say I almost puked. It can happen for a lot of reasons. Not always the fault of the operator. That's why it's called "accidental".
LOL not the fault of the operator? So its the gun's fault? So do you believe that people don't shoot others, its the gun's fault. Accidental, meaning it wasn't intended to happen, but the operator fucked up and it did. Please unload your weapons and lock them up. I don't want them going off accidentally.
