Last night my mom made boneless chicken breast covered with bacon, then swiss cheese. Sliced redskin potatoes (thick slices) backed with a little bit of EVOO, then some garlic on them (I think). Then a foil basket of sliced squash, zucchini, onions, and mushrooms on the grill sprinkled with parmesan cheese. YUM!
Also, the other night, she grilled asparagus on the grill. Let me just say, it tasted better than some steaks I have had. Maybe because the grill is 'seasoned', I don't know, but the asparagus really tasted like steak. It was amazing! Nice and crunchy. A little softness, but not soggy like you get if you steam it for too long.
