I don't put much thought into it as far as some small amount of fat gain I may get from eating some fruit before bed. I'm 5-10 173, my bodyfat was under 13% last time I checked. I started on January 1 at 185 20+% BF, i was as low as 165 before I upped my calories and added a day of heavier lifting.
I am not worried about a small amount of fat gain, I am not preparing for a bodybuilding show or a physique judging.
