I am over 150lbs total now down and I don't say I cant have something either. Everything in moderation is okay but you have to be disciplined. I will admit that it hasn't always been easy and I have gone up a few lbs here and there but then right back to working on the process.
I believe in the 90/10 rule. 90% of what I eat is healthy. Anything that is labeled healthy isn't healthy.. the healthy stuff is easy.. you know what it is.. fruit, veggies and lean meat (if you are into that). 10% stuff you like but not healthy food so included in there is your bread, beer, chocolate.. whatever.
I exercise moderately to heavily.
I have lost 37lbs since Jan 5th though some is related to stress.
