Take a chicken breast and butterfly it then mash it thin with a rolling pin or meat hammer.

lay in some spinach and other fruit or veggies (I like mango or pineapple with spinach or broc)

Roll it up and put a couple toothpicks in it.

Put it in the oven on 350 or something till its done.

Then shove it up your ass for instant calorie absorption.
