All I had for breakfast was oats and honey granola bar. I will have a banana for a snack then a protein shake for lunch and the a reasonable dinner. Venison steak or burger with hamburger helper. Maybe a baked potato or corn or something.
That's about it. I used to weigh 247 and was fat. 6' tall. For the last year I work out 3 to 4 times a week. No more soda. No more French fries. I am down to 191 and in pretty descent shape. I see my 6 pack reforming.
Y'all eat allot! On weekends we have eggs and bacon for breakfast and will go to chillis or red lobster or Johnny carinos and eat to much. But that's it.
