Breakfast is a lot of food, It's tough to finish the protein shake.
But its not long and I am ready for a snack.
I have no idea how many calories I am burning. But I was getting lighter than I wanted to be so I have been trying to eat more. Put 6 lbs back on in the last 2 weeks in doing so.
At the weight i want to be now, so I may be able to scale down a few calories.
