There is a big difference between the regular eggs and the "organic free range" eggs to me. Normal eggs act like draino for my digestive system. Usually only takes 30-40 minutes before I'm running to the bathroom. Don't have that problem at all with the brown eggs.
I'm guessing it's some sort of hormone they use in the chickens in this region. They have the same effect on my Dad. I rediscovered eggs when I moved to Texas and didn't have a single problem with them the 5+ years I lived there. Once I moved back to Michigan I couldn't eat the regular eggs again.
