When I used to do the low carb BS, I used to make "healthy" pizzas. But, I've cut out dairy so I don't eat them anymore, but for some of you this may help get your pizza craving fix.
1 whole wheat tortilla burrito size
Turkey pepperoni, or any other toppings you would like
Pre-heat oven to about 350 or 400 depending on if you have a gas oven or electric oven.
Place tortilla with all your toppings on a cookie sheet and stick it in the oven.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes depending on what crispiness level you prefer.
Stuff your inner fat kid with pizza.
