Actually eating healthy isn't just good for weight loss but you will feel so much better. The only junk I crave now is chocolate and I figure that is because I am a woman.
Someone else said earlier to pick a diet you can stick with, that is also true for finding exercise you enjoy.

Not only this, but it keeps you away from being diabetic............I waited to long and am now paying for it.
